Grey, rainy, dark. In the cold season my taste in fashion seems to reflect the weather outside. I favor monochrome colors, the blue of my denim is often already enough for me. In Summer, I remember being much more courageous – wearing pink (shocking, I know, see it here). That being said, isn’t winter the time to lighten up the dark with a striking pop of color? I chose a big oversized scarf in a bright orange. You know, let the sun shine. Just like The Beatles did.

Orange Statement Scarf &

Black Sock Boots

It’s the second season for this light grey coat by Zara. Last year, I bought it on the spur of the moment, knowing it would go with pretty much anything in my wardrobe (or anyone’s wardrobe, really). This year, the loose boyfriend style is still #onfleek. A pop of color suits its classic design. And although I was never (ever!) a fan of orange, I do love the combination with grey. I screams trend, but in a very effortless way. For a laid back city outfit, all it takes are denim and a pair of black boots. In my case, sock boots, another trend I can’t stop wearing. Incorporating bright colors in winter – believe me, there is more to come!
